Administrative employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Contract management: Preparation and administration of rental contracts and checking for completeness and accuracy
  • Insurance and vehicle tax: checking and processing relevant documents
  • Administrative activities: Processing inquiries, maintaining the customer and vehicle database and general office organization

Your profile:

  • Completed administrative training
  • Professional experience in the field of office processing
  • An independent and very careful way of working
  • Ability to organize yourself, keep an eye on deadlines and work in a structured manner
